Vino Rosato

Rosé wine is produced with Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes.

Vinification: Maceration for about 12 hours, then begins the fermentation process 
in stainless steel tanks (at a controlled temperature of 15C degrees), which lasts about three weeks


After staying on the lees for about 3 months, this rosé wine is ready for bottling.

It is a fresh wine that can be enjoyed young and has a great versatility for food pairings.

Aromas of wild strawberry and cherry notes on the nose, it offers a soft and harmonious taste, freshness on the palate and a distinct flavor due to the tannins of Nebbiolo.

The color is pink, light ruby​​.

Alcohol: 12,5%

Acidity: 5 g/l

Serving temperature: 7-8°C
